How effective can I learn with the study materials of Open School of Journalism?

Open School of Journalism strives for didactic excellence. This is based on the distance learning didactic competency of the school, the extensive teaching experience of docents, the cooperation with various expert associations and the educational standard ISO 29990.

Distance education is based on the concept of replacing lectures and seminars by study materials. These module books not only summarize contents similar to a textbook, but also provide didactic means to lead students through these study contents. For this reason study materials include learning objectives on various levels, exercises, summaries and critical reflections. A number of study materials are structured as a dialog and therefore function similarly to a class discussion. The team at the Open School of Journalism has significant experience with the concept, development and editing of study materials.
