Which support can I get during my studies?
Customer orientation unfortunately is often a rather neglected selection criterion for picking a school. But it makes a huge difference if the school treats me as just one student among thousands where my questions are answered reluctantly or not at all and the school is satisfied when I finally leave. On the other hand, the school can treat me as a customer who expects to receive a service that is an investment for my work future.
This type of customer service is not just part of the mission statement for the Open School of Journalism. It is also put into practice every day with our students. This approach is further supported by our use of the management system according to ISO 29990 and ISO 9001.
