Dr. Suzanne de Bakker

 

Suzanne de Bakker is a lecturer in Master Corporate Communications at the University of Amsterdam. Her lectures are about what organizations and brands do on the internet, such as viral marketing, social media, and webcare. In 2006, she received a PhD at the University of Amsterdam with a dissertation entitled "Coping with information overload."

Suzanne also works as a self-employed professional. Currently, she is content manager at MarketingTribune.nl/content and platformcontent.nl. She also writes blog posts about content marketing and native advertising for marketing weblogs, and she gives master-classes and presentations on content marketing, branded content, and loyalty.
