American Journalism Review

 

The American Journalism Review is an online journal published by Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland. Before the magazine went completely digital in 2013, they had been in print since 1977, when it started out as the Washington Journalism Review. The magazine is supported by funding from the University of Maryland, ad sales and donations. The Dean and Publisher of the magazine is Lucy Danglish.

In addition to articles, original reporting, opinion pieces and news aggregation, the American Journalism Review also publishes original videos. They have several professional journalists on staff as bloggers. Writers published in the "American Journalism Review" include Mark Potts, Mary Clare Fischer and Cory Blair
