The Journal of Broadcasting & Electronic Media was founded in 1957. Originally covering broadcast media, their scope has subsequently expanded into research and scholarship on all aspects of electronic media. The journal is edited by Zizi Papacharissi. The Journal of Broadcasting & Electronic Media's readership includes academics, students and professionals in the field.
