When a publication needs someone to be the face of their company, they look for a Community Manager. Based more in the digital world, they are in control of handling the social media, event planning, public relations, and communications. Community Managers control online content like blogs and newsletter, as well the social media pages like Facebook and Twitter. They help with customer support and responding to any feedback received. Business development and analysis is also very important to them as they are most times responsible for the growth and sales. It is a very detailed and in depth job, but is very rewarding to those who work for a company they want to see thrive and grow.
