Desktop Publishing

Desktop publishing allows for the development and formation of layouts using a computer. With the turn of the century, journalists and news publications have come to use desktop publishing more often than not due to the flexibility and technology it provides. Publishing can be done using either work processing programs or specialized electronic layout software that is designed just for desktop publishing. Today, it is more common to use layout software for the use and usability it offers.

The software available offers user-friendly interfaces in order to allow just about anyone the ability to build a great layout in minimal time.
