Magazines are specialized publications that contain everything from articles to photography and illustrations. They normally cover a specific subject or interest. Magazines are published in either print or only, allowed a larger audience. They are distributed either by mail, sold through newsstands or bookstores, or even distributed freely to the public. There are several ways for a magazine to be financed, such as subscription prices, advertisers, or purchase prices at vendors.

Audiences enjoy magazines for the wide range of interests covered. There usually is a magazine for just about any interest out there, from photography to video games. With updated news on what is happening in that area of the world to just pictures of events that have happened in the past, magazines have always been an audience favorite for years.
