A presenter is mostly in the broadcasting field of journalism, helping radio and television productions with a wide variety of skills. They help with background research and do a lot of the pre-interviewing of guests. They assist with presenting summaries of news, traffic, or weather, as well as put together various meetings and schedules. Presenters need to be resilient and enthusiastic as they meet with the production directors on a regular basis. They help keep the program running on a timely matter, fixing any issues that arise and keeping in constant contact with the production team.
